Salary: N220,000 – N292,000 gross + commission
HRLeverage Africa is a Pan-African Workforce Company. We are currently recruiting for our client in the Fintech industry looking for a dedicated and personable client relationship manager to manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Customer Relations Manager
- Previous experience working in customer service (Experience in a commercial bank is an added advantage)
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends
- Knowledge of Hausa Language is an added advantage
