OB DESCRIPTION:
- Serves as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they’re satisfied with the company
- Provides help and suggestions to clients using the company’s products and services, as well as solving client issues and handling complaints from clients
- Meets with clients to establish their needs
- Resolver client issues
- Identify opportunities for business growth
- Find new customers
- Manage the existing business relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/HND in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science & technology or Microbiology
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer literacy.
- The ability to travel as needed.
