Job Description
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
Studying each recipes and gathering all necessary ingredients
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Serve delicious food for the satisfaction of consumers
Visiting sites before events to assess the kitchen facilities and make necessary plans
Ensuring food remains fresh and is served at a correct temperature
Job Requirements
Minimum of Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
1 – 3 years work experience.
Proven experience as cook, chef or caterer
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Must have general knowledge of kitchen related equipment
Ability to work in team
Excellent physical condition and stamina
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc)
Very good communication skill.
