SALARY: 100k

The role of the customer relations officer (CRO) is to engage both internal and external customers and administrative activities. The CRO will also help maintain the brand of the Group and its subsidiaries both offline and online; also help boost overall customer satisfaction.

• University degree (Business and Social / educational Arts majors in general)
• 2 – 3 years of working experience.
• Tech and Social media savvy.
• Background in customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
