We are currently recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors – these roles are fully remote.
Role: Customer Service Advisors
Location: Remote
Salary: £9.68 p/h (PAYE)
6 months Fixed Term Contract (potential to go permanent)
Start Date: 6th March 2023
About the role:
Summer is coming! And with that is the holiday season!
Over the summer months we see in an increase in the purchase of our European Breakdown Cover as our customers start to venture outside of the UK…finally!
To support this increase in call volumes, we are looking to recruit individuals on an initial 6 months fixed term basis with a potential opportunity to go permanent at the end.
Working from home, you will be receiving inbound calls from our customers looking to discuss their European Breakdown Cover options. We have to make sure we are available for our customers (our opening times at 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm) so we operate a shift pattern here which includes working every other Saturday but don’t worry, you get a day off in the week so it’s still only 5 days a week.
About you:
You will be someone that is excited to be a part of this story and passionate about providing a great experience to the heart of our business – our customers. As long as you are a good listener and have good communication skills, we will give you all the training you will need to be successful in the role. You will take part in a 4-week induction where we will teach you the ways of the business, but it doesn’t stop there…you will receive ongoing support and development throughout your time here.
