We are looking to hire a Customer Service Officer for our client, a luxury fashion store in Lekki, Lagos.
Job Description
- Responsible for the physical sales in the store & the overall experience of customers.
- Follow up with customers.
- Respond to phone inquiries as well as in-store inquiries.
- Ensure that the store is clean at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• BSC/HND in any field.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Must be female
• Must live within Lekki
