Job Description
1 Handle queries and manage customers from enquiry to sale

  1. Manage day to day administrative tasks and office running and logistics
  2. Maintain an appealing store, ensuring the space and merchandise are presented in an appealing manner
  3. Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent service
  4. Manage packaging and order fulfillment with carriers
  5. Screen phone calls, enquiries and handles them accordingly
  6. Liase with clients, suppliers and other staffs

Requirements

  1. Good verbal communication
  2. Willingness to learn
  3. Be proactive
  4. Live in or around Yaba axis
