Job Title: Data Center Support
Location: Ogombo, Ajah
Salary: 62,500 net
Qualification: OND in any Engineering Background (Power or Electrical Engineering preferably)
The Support Personnel will be responsible for
· Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
· Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support
· Troubleshooting and resolving cooling issue with 2nd level support
· Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network etc. installation and maintenance
· Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
· Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage
