The Asset Ops team is looking for an Asset Production Specialist to join a growing team that supports asset management, quality control, and publishing for their product. This role works closely with the Design and Business teams to ensure that design deliverables are executed to the highest standards for our customers. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a hardworking team that will contribute to one of their key services.
Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of production operations work in digital media or entertainment
• Manage and drive workflow process for design assets
• Experience with creative assets (static and motion) for quality checks
• Proven track record of executing at a high-level in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to align across stakeholders
• Follow and adapt to changing deadlines
• Proficient at learning new tools
The Ops team sits at the heart of Services helping to deliver and manage content across my client’s services. The Asset Ops team works closely with partners in design, business, and production. The Asset Production Specialist will operate in a start-up like environment and will be responsible for consistently managing, checking, and uploading design assets for final delivery of the product. They will work with an international team across various services to ensure deliverables are on time and to the highest of design standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to follow guides with care and quality. Effective communication of status and a drive to go above and beyond to get the job done will be keys to success.
