Job Position: Digital Executive Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor referrals and give biweekly reports to the Managing Dentist. Ensure gifts are delivered to Patients who give quality referrals.
  2. Spearhead recall of leads from social media and digital campaigns
  3. Support the provision of a customer-focused practice and seamless patient journey that assists in attracting, satisfying and retaining patients
  4. Ensure the efficient operation of the patient referral and testimonial procedures and work with staff as well as liaise with other practices to ensure a regular supply of referred patients.
  5. Advice staff and management on best practices and procedures for better quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  6. Obtain & review patient feedback via patient survey as necessary
  7. Record Videos: Capture high-quality videos during dental procedures, testimonials, and other relevant activities.
  8. Edit videos for clarity, impact, and educational value.
  9. Post and reply to comments and questions across social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  10. Engage with walk-in patients, update their files with relevant information, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  11. Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  12. Assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  13. Monitor and report on social media metrics to gauge effectiveness.
  14. Develop a content strategy that aligns with the clinic’s goals and target audience.
  15. Work closely with the dental and administrative teams to coordinate social media activities and patient interactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in social media management and 1 year in an executive assistant role.
  3. Efficient and Customer-focused
  4. Driven and self-motivated
  5. Flexible and Proactive

Knowledge and Skill Requirement:

  1. Proficiency in video recording and editing software – Canva, Capcut
  2. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  3. Basic understanding of Google Analytics and social media metrics.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.
  5. Good Communication and Presentation Skills


  1. Engagement Rate: Increase social media engagement by 10% quarterly.
  2. Patient Satisfaction: Maintain a patient satisfaction rate of 90% or higher.
  3. Task Completion: Complete 100% of assigned tasks on or before deadlines.
  4. CEO Satisfaction: Receive positive quarterly reviews from the CEO for administrative support.
