Description
Heidelberg University invites applications for a motivated PhD student with a background in biochemistry, cell biology, or molecular biology. The project focuses on studying Nuclear Pore Complex (NPC) biogenesis using budding yeast and human cells as model systems. The successful candidate will employ a range of techniques, including biochemical approaches, super-resolution microscopy, electron microscopy, CRISPR/Cas9 technology, and live cell imaging.
