Job Description

The E-manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company’s social media accounts in order to increase brand awareness, and increase the company’s online presence, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. The E-manager will also be responsible for managing the company’s website. He/she will handle content audits as well as ensure the website has brand strategy alignment. He/she is expected to be creative and possess good problem-solving skills and knowledge in search engine optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy. Manage

and oversee social media content (graphical and live) as well as create compelling captions and write-ups

  1. Manage the company’s website 3. Design and manage the company’s email system, e-newsletters,

and electronic interactions between staff and clients

  1. Manage online bookings via the website and social media

handles

  1. Handle online marketing of the company’s products and services

Qualifications and Soft Skills

  1. Excellent working knowledge of social media, the internet space,

and computer systems

  1. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  2. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  3. Familiarity with web design
  4. Excellent multi-tasking and good time management skills
  5. Team player

Working Conditions

Working location and time: Flexible (E-manager will work Mondays to Fridays, but will be required to be physically present in the office 3 days in a week)
