 We are looking to hire an experienced Software Developer to join our diverse team in our Company. 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance on complex application programming projects. You will actively lead and support the deployment of SharePoint modern intranet and Team sites in SharePoint Online

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support.
  • All project designs and documentation.
  • Working closely with, and mentoring, SharePoint team members to ensure knowledge sharing and effective solutioning.
  • Documenting user stories or tasks
  • Providing daily support to functional end-users with IT application issues and processes
  • Taking active steps to increase understanding of end-users functions to support applications such SAP ByD ERP and analytics platform
  • Recommending process changes to end-users to optimize system functionality
  • Implementing training plans to instruct end-users in program procedures.
  • Researching the setup and functionality of software modules to ensure optimal functionality for end-users.
  • Functioning as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end-users with questions and help debug application issues
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on functional application issues
  • Analysing, reviewing and rewriting programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt programmes to new requirements
  • Performing complex coding assignments.
  • Converting business requirements into software design and program code
  • Evaluating and testing vendor-supplied software packages and determining compatibility with existing systems
  • Providing first/second level technical support for vendor software, Installing and testing vendor upgrades and patches
  • Communicating with end-users and other IT staff on application upgrades, fixes and new processes, and the impact of changes
  • Collaborating with end-users on upgrades and testing to ensure successful migration to new versions
  • Developing system and program test plans, including obtaining test data, conducting program and system testing, and evaluating test result
  • Debugging programs.
  • Developing documentation and defining application development process, including technical reports, communications, and instructional manuals
  • Maintaining user manuals, system design documents, and program documentation.
  • Writing instructions to guide IT Helpdesk staff with first-level support tasks
  • Logging, monitoring, and managing event calls regarding reported system issues
  • Analysing, developing and supporting multiple-system interfaces and data integration

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering
  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in application support and development
  • 3-10 Years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (including O365) SharePoint
  • Certification on any OO Language, O365/SharePoint, UI/UX and or Database Platforms
  • Good knowledge using the ITIL framework. ITIL v3 Foundation Certification – minimum
  • Knowledge of Applications and Web Development Language Tools – ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for the development and support of SharePoint and other applications. Examples: Java, C#, Python, .NET, JavaScript, PHP and Database tools
  • Experience with building modern SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box features
  • Develop workflows using Power Automate Flow
  • Design and develop dashboards, and reports using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI when appropriate
  • Create and customize forms using Power Apps
  • Integration and customization of SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Able to provide end-user technical support on SAP ByD ERP and Analytics platform
  • Migrate SharePoint features and data
  • Prepare and deliver SharePoint end-user training materials or instructions
  • Packaged Application Integration – Knowledge of and the ability to implement packaged application software and integrate it with company applications and database platforms

Business Insight & Reporting Analyst

We are looking to hire an experienced Business Insight & Reporting Analyst to join our diverse team. 

In this role, you will work closely with our Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and departments across the Group to determine and develop business information requirements; and help create the analytical data pathway, synthesis and visuals that will meet their needs.

As a Business Insight & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with stakeholders to understand the business objectives, and define metrics, guidelines, and strategies for the effective use of data.
  • Analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • Aggregating sets of data to then clean and structure them.
  • Establishing links between existing and new data sources and identifying relationships that add value.
  • Delivering and maintaining high-quality BI Reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting in maintaining a scalable BI environment that will support current and future business growth.
  • Assisting in system implementation and process automation to optimize performance and business insight.
  • Assisting in the development of data management policies and procedures.
  • Conducting research and making recommendations on data infrastructure, database technologies, analysis, and synthesis tools.
  • Continuously looking to improve data collection processes and reporting systems.
  • Implementing tools and libraries that will help employees interact more effectively with large amounts of data.
  • Standardizing how and where corporate data is created, stored, transported, and shared.
  • Creating and maintaining the BI documentation, including related data dictionaries, design, logic, flowchart, and user manual.
  • Assisting in monitoring and optimizing ERP system performance.
  • Creating, managing, and presenting dashboards for clients and key stakeholders. 
  • Assisting in the SAP ByD ERP and SuccessFactors Implementation Project.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum BSc in Information Systems or related field.
  • Microsoft Certification in Power BI Data Analyst Associate, ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
  • 2-5 Years of working experience using Microsoft Power BI, Experience using SAP SAC, and experience in any BI/ERP role.
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Power BI, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, Excel, Macros, and SharePoint)
  • Intermediate level knowledge in SQL Queries (Views, Stored Procedure, Triggers)
  • Create and maintain the BI documentation for all processes, including related data dictionaries, design, logic, flowcharts, and user manual.
  • Assist in stakeholder management and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate issues, actively engage, influence, and work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Experience in data management, warehousing, and relational databases is a huge advantage.
  • Knowledge of one of the data analysis programming languages (Python, R)
  • Experience in designing intuitive dashboards and reports.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
  • Available for training and learning new concepts.
