Front Desk/Receptionist

We are looking for a highly organized candidate with excellent people skills for the position of receptionist. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the hospitality division staff members and leading them by example to ensure the highest quality of services.

Job Description

  1. Ensuring the operations of the front desk are running smoothly, and that guests are checked in and out and assigned appropriate rooms.
  2. Ensure that other employees are performing their daily job duties as required and will typically report to the hospitality manager on a daily or weekly basis to share information regarding operations and goals.
  3. Foster positive relationships with employees while remaining professional at all times to ensure the image of the company stays positive.
  4. Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment daily such as guest amenities.
  5. Ensure the standards of cleanliness are high, and the housekeeper complies with the service level of the company.
  6. Greeting customers upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
  7. Processing guest payments.
  8. Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as services provided etc.
  9. Processing meal and drink requests.
  10. Collaborating with other divisions of the company

• Minimum OND.
• 1 + years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Patience and good listening skills.
• Resident along Idimu/Ikotun axis is preferred.
• No family ties with any member of staff.
• Not more than 25 years of age.
• Should be able to work shift based and on weekends.
