Requirement :
- Must have 1-2 Years experience as an HR generalist
- BSC/HND in relevant field.
- Experince with clothing brands
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance Management – Report staff performance, KPI preparation
- Staff welfare and leave Management
- Recommending appropriate training for staff
- Reviewing and renewing the company policies
- Prepare and update SOPs
- Maintain the office environment, coordinate meeting and follow up action.
- Supporting all departments and general operations
- Preparation of company strategy
- Improve organizational processes and work to improve productivity and efficiency
