Requirement :

  • Must have 1-2 Years experience as an HR generalist
  • BSC/HND in relevant field.
  • Experince with clothing brands

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance Management – Report staff performance, KPI preparation
  • Staff welfare and leave Management
  • Recommending appropriate training for staff
  • Reviewing and renewing the company policies
  • Prepare and update SOPs
  • Maintain the office environment, coordinate meeting and follow up action.
  • Supporting all departments and general operations
  • Preparation of company strategy
  • Improve organizational processes and work to improve productivity and efficiency
