Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for an People/ HR manager to join this rapidly growing MarTech company building their own world-class products with cutting edge A.I. technologies, serving some of the most well known Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands.

Our Client is looking for an energetic HR Manager to join the management team to continue developing and supporting their people and transforming this growing technology company into its next stage and continue to build it into a renowned & great place to work.

As the HR Manager, you will be the key culture shaper and driver for talent acquisition and for the existing team. You will establish a strong lasting relationship with the team and acquire talent across the business.

As HR Manager you will be working with a diverse and talented workforce based both here in the UK and internationally.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on, self-starter with experience in multiple Human Resources areas including employment law, training, compensation & benefits, leadership & development and ideally some resourcing / recruitment exposure.

Part time – 3 days per week – must be able to attend the office on set days, at least once a week (London)

Responsibilities
Design and improve the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and onboarding to overseeing annual review process, health and wellbeing initiatives and managing exit processes.
Responsible for updating and reviewing the HR function, processes, policies and guidelines. Review the current structure and decide what works best for the business, implement plans, both long and short term
Ensure compliance and legal requirements are met in all HR activities
Manage all grievance & disciplinary issues
Develop a strong team culture
Coach the Line Managers to be strong role models to their teams, making sure there is strong capability across all areas of the business
Provide general HR advice to managers and board along legal and best practice guidelines
Reporting on all HR data and statistics for process improvement and business intelligence
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Work closely with all teams to ensure a timely recruitment process
Design and build strong talent strategy, pipeline and a great internship program
Design and build a strong marketing and communication program to attract and retain talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of all staff, including role scoping, advertising, interviewing, candidate communication, negotiation and engagement.
Onboarding / Training
Implement the on-boarding process for all new joiners and ensure managers provide a strong training program and SMART objectives for the probation period and beyond, monitoring progress and putting in place any appropriate interventions.
Employee Relations / Retention / Development
Manage all HR-related matters with senior managers
Troubleshoot & provide guidance to all managers
Support staff through the employee lifecycle, overseeing the smooth onboarding of all staff, ensuring they are fast equipped to be effective and add value, and ensuring offboarding is similarly a positive experience for staff.
Coach managers and management to build strong development plans and help nurture direct reports to achieve key objectives while creating opportunities to grow and develop personally.
Ensure performance management of employees is well structured through probation processes and regular performance review.
Compensation:
Carry out annual salary and benefit benchmarking exercises and lead on the annual review salary review
Create Equity and share option schemes for the team
Key Attributes Required:
Do you have experience building HR structures for startups
Have you experience working in the marketing and advertising technology sector
Do you currently create company retention strategies and is a key driver of team culture
Ideally CIPD qualified
Can you commit at least thre days a week
