Position Type: Full-time

Level/Salary Range: N150,000 net

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Data Aggregator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, cleaning, and organization of data from a variety of sources. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure that the data collected aligns with business goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes for data collection and management, as well as continuously monitoring data quality and implementing processes to improve data accuracy.

You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data Implementing data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations
Ensure that data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
Lead a team of data aggregators, providing guidance and support as needed
Develop and implement processes for data collection and management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure that data is properly aligned with business goals
Manage and maintain data storage and retrieval systems
Continuously monitor data quality and implement processes to improve data accuracy
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data aggregation and management
Designing and implementing data strategies and systems
Coordinate the sourcing of the right information for data processing Lead, motivate, and manage large technical teams

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data aggregation and management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills, including experience with data storage and retrieval systems, data cleaning tools, and data visualization tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant computer software and technology
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Time management & prioritization
