JOB SUMMARY
To develop and implement the employee learning journey across the group with the aim of developing skills & competencies to achieve the bank’s objective of being the employer of choice by ensuring the group understands the Bank’s approved learning journey.
QUALIFICATION
A good first degree in any discipline. MBA, CIPM or CIPD will be an added advantage
At least 8 years post qualification experience as a Learning and Development Specialist/Manager, within the Financial Services Industry, Fintech, and IT Firm
