Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our faculty as a Lecturer in the MSc Data Science program. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education, engaging in research, and nurturing the development of future leaders in Data Science.
- Qualification: MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience: 3 – 6 years
- Location: Lagos
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in the MSc Data Science program.
- Contributing to curriculum development to ensure its relevance to industry demands.
- Providing mentorship and support to postgraduate students in their academic and professional pursuits.
- Engaging in scholarly research and contributing to the university’s research goals.
- Participating in academic activities and collaborating with colleagues.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Demonstrated potential for research and scholarly activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment.
