A Leading Life Assurance company is hiring LIFE MANAGER
To effectively manage a team of Life Planners to provide excellent and quality life insurance sales to clients. The job holder will be responsible for the overall management and development of Life Planners to achieve set business targets through planning, organizing and managing the team. Above all, this is a team leadership role responsible for directing the implementation of agreed organizational policies, defined rules and procedures to meet objectives.
i. A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
ii. Demonstrable team leadership skills with track record of excellent performance and good behavior.
iii. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales/distribution in an insurance company will be an added advantage.
iv. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
v. Ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
