DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Operations
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services including 3PL
Carry out daily processing of orders and ensure that due process is followed.
Organize dispatch and delivery of goods.
Inspect goods to be delivered and ensure that they are in good condition.
Keep accurate records of goods received and delivered.
Maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring the team does the same.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and efficiency
Resolve any arising problems or complaints and report to the COO when necessary
Daily reporting to the COO
