Job Description

  • Providing constant and daily logistics coordination for diesel loading per assigned region(s)
  • Make sure that the delivery is on time and as per allocation file by contacting the Haulage vendors and /or SBC.
  • Sending list of trucks to be loaded promptly to depot (programming)
  • Analyse and monitor accurately SBC allocation montthly and upon every review through the cycle. Align loading with latest review/file.
  • Vendor Management (Maintaining contact with suppliers on the entire request)
  • Maintaining Accurate Daily stock management with depot (Daily tracker)
  • Monthly Stock costing and management report
  • Sending RFQ to vendors for E2E/non-tuckable diesel supplies
  • Batching of waybills to PO for accurate invoicing
  • Zero stock loss
  • Zero outstanding of invoices within 24 hours of receipt
  • Achieve 100% data integrity for all reports.
  • Getting daily depot price across regions
  • Diesel Haulage vendors’ performance tracking and rating. Monthly submission of such rating to line manager.
  • Gathering of major field incidences per supply cycle
  • Ensure all standby trucks request from the region are actioned and made available within the agreed SLA.

Qualifications

  • Logistics/Distribution, Diesel management, Administration specialist.
  • First degree and / equivalent in management sciences or engineering field with at least 3-4 years working experience. Certification in Supply chain, Logistics Management, and related fields is an added advantage.
