· Superior communications skills, verbal and written English
· Advanced computer skills in MS Excel and experience with manufacturing MRP
systems (Bills of Materials, Yields, Material Planning)
· Five or more years line management experience as Supervisor or Manager
· Strong technical acumen and industrial experience or equipment operation
· Knowledge of modern workforce management techniques, plant HR
· Direct involvement in Health & Safety and/or Food Safety
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
