Job Description
• Proven experience leading teams while managing small to complex large- scale projects.
• Managing fundamental aspect of project delivery, from the design to execution.
• Developing, organizing and reviewing design plans.
• Developing strategy, preparing proposals, and assisting in negotiating contracts.
• Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process according to client’s needs.
• Assigning, coordinating and reviewing the work of project teams.
• Managing multiple projects, depending on scales complexity.
• Interfacing with client’s contacts and their representatives.
• Leading and coordinating project meeting agendas and record keeping.
• Attending internal and external meeting as required.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Paying attention to details
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, design or similar
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray for 3D max, Revit e.t.c
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to translate concepts into functional designs.
•Project management skill
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and client on a daily basis.
