HRLeverage Africa is a Pan-African Workforce Company. We are currently recruiting for the position of a Recovery Officer for a client, a Financial Tech Company, whose mission is to provide solutions for business owners.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor unpaid debts.
• Make cold calls or reach out to members
• Prepare a strategy to recover owed money.
• Identify weaknesses in the system and recommend solutions
• Locate and contact debtors.
• Achieve monthly debt recovery targets.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Recovery Officer.
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Salary
₦120,000 – ₦159,000 gross + commission
