A Mobile Phone company located in Ikeja; Lagos is recruiting
Employment Type: Full-time
Gross Salary: 100,000-130,000Monthly
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
•Map role criteria, define job description, and document specifications
•Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
•Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and check credits
•Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their department to ensure their needs and goals are met
•Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from screening and sourcing to interviewing and final offer negotiation
•Identify best practices and manage improvement in recruitment processes
•Track, analyze, and summarize statistics to determine the effectiveness of recruitment sources
•Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualification:
•3+ years of experience in Internet /technology industry recruitment (campus experience is a plus)
•HND/ BSC in any related field
•Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask efficiently
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet sourcing tools
