Retail Development Manager at Heirs life
The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical in thinking. they will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish market strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
Responsibilities.
- Selling of all companies products (Life insurance/investment linked products and protection products).
- Ensuring adequate payment of monthly premium by all clients – Establishing good relationship on behalf of the company with customers/clients
- Frequently replenish job specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
- Submission of proposal to multinational companies for generation of new businesses – Daily advising perspective customers on the importance/benefits of insurance to their family
- Developing new strategies that will bring About creation of new business.
