RISK MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating potential risk that may affect our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of risk management principles and techniques as well as the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures and practices.
· Identify potential risk that may affect the organization and evaluate the likelihood and impact of those risk.
· Develop risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of identified risk.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and adjust them as necessary.
· Communicate risk management information to key stakeholders, including Senior Management, board of directors and employees.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
· Develop and maintain relationship with external partners, including insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial and Investment Broker Industry.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and evaluate potential risk.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
