A Sales Advisor for an insurance firm, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients based on their needs and requirements. You will be expected to use your sales skills to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Reach out to potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales strategies.
·         Meet with clients and determine their insurance needs.
·         Explain insurance policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
·         Provide clients with quotes and help them choose the most appropriate insurance coverage based on their budget.
·         Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and increase customer retention.
·         Follow up with clients regularly to offer additional insurance products and services and to address any concerns they may have.
·         Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.
·         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
·         Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company’s CRM software.
Qualifications and Skills:
·         HND, OND or BSC
·         Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Strong customer service skills
·         Ability to explain complex information in a clear
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Strong organizational and time management skills
·         Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
