Are you a Born/Trained Sales Executive with experience in Real Estate or a qualified marketer who wants to work for the Real Estate industry? Then this is for you. Resumption is almost immediately.
This role is Hybrid.
Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities:
. Your job as a sales personnel requires modern marketing, finding leads both offline and online.
. Showing available properties to clients and answering any questions that may arise.
. Update client on new listing including market changes.
. Negotiating, converting, and closing sales deals.
Qualifications
. Possess an undergrad degree with at least three years on the Job experience
. Must be digitally inclined, with the ability to use digital tools for sales and marketing.
. Proficient in communication and can highly negotiate.
. Determined, persuasive, and should understand branding.
. Must be skilled in promoting and selling real estate products.
Remuneration: 50k + 10% Commission
