Responsibilities include:
- Welcome Wecustomers and direct them around the store
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and sales services)
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Recommend specific products to customers and answer questions about the products
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Experience as a sales representative is an added advantage
- OND in any related field is acceptable
