Sales Representative

Integrated Factory Foods Company Limited is an indigenous integrated food processing company. The Company owns and manages substantial assets in the rice subsector; its primary operations include rice paddy production/sourcing, processing, packaging, and distribution of edible rice across Nigeria.
We continue to expand our operations and improve production processes to meet the increasing demand for our rice brand, NaijaSweetRice®.
We require the services of a Sales Representative to provide the support needed to:
Sell products using solid product knowledge to help customers make positive decisions.
Maintain a positive business relationship to ensure future sales.
Coordinate feedback between the Organisation and the channel partners.

The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Lead.

Key responsibilities include:

engaging and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, Analyze the market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using product knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Follow-up with the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent Selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Highly resilient and unfazed in the face of rejection and objection.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Highly motivated and result driven.
Relationship management skills and open to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
