Senior Business Development Manager(SBDM-HORECA)

Job summary:
We are in need of a SBDM specialized in catering specifically to product requirements of HOtels, REstaurants and CAfés(HORECA) We pride ourselves in our ability to listen to our customers and understand its needs; whether it be a Café/food truck, a locally branded restaurant or a global hotel chain.

Job description:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
9. Develop middle level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills
1.Proven working experience as a business development manager, Sales Manager or a relevant role
2.Proven sales track record
3.Market knowledge
4. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
