Job Summary

  • The SME business development manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to scale up loan origination for the organization.


  • Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
  • Support the business to formulate and implement a SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
  • Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank
  • Training Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings to improve product knowledge and drive SME loan


  • Required: 3 years sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
  • Preferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skills

N250,000 – N550,000 monthly.
