Will be responsible for overseeing a team of media specialists and coordinating the development, execution, and analysis of our organization’s new media initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing, public relations, and content teams to ensure that all new media activities are aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of media specialists in the development and execution of new media initiatives, including social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in new media and recommend innovative strategies to improve our organization’s presence in digital media channels.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track the effectiveness of new media initiatives and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of content for new media channels, ensuring that it aligns with the organization’s brand and messaging.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute new media initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in new media or digital marketing, with a track record of success in managing and executing campaigns.
- Experience leading a team of media specialists.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in a leadership role in a high-growth agency environment.
