JOB SUMMARY

The Station Manager plays a key role in the success of the retail outlet. This is a role that is pivotal in achieving the sales targets at the outlet and eventually generating revenue for the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Work with Management to devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  2. It is the station manager’s duty to map potential customers and generate leads for the organisation (generating new opportunities for the organization)
  3. Responsible for not only selling but also ensuring a smooth handover of concluded deals to the management
  4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure same trickles down to the pump attendants
  5. Report weekly sales activities/leads to the management and regularly update the management on any sales necessity tools.
  6. Evaluate the performance of each supervisor and provide appropriate feedback to the management
  7. Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Strong written and oral communication skills
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, power-point)
  3. Ability to work effectively with large numbers of subordinates through influence and collaboration
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Honest, reliable and trustworthy
