Salary: N60,000 and other benefits


  • Manage all sales agents in their team.
  • Ensure team resumes & closes at designated retail agent location daily.
  • Train & retrain all sales agents.
  • Create a Whatsapp group for daily reporting of field activations.
  • Provide daily and weekly report to Territory Coordinator
  • Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire team.
  • Escalate all issues to the Territory Coordinator
  • Commission is tied to performance of Sales agents within their team of ten (10)
  • A team lead is expected to also be a Sales Agent but with additional incentives tied to performance of his team.
