Technician – Electrical

Location: Benin
Minimum Educational Qualifications required for the job
Dip in Electrical engineering / ITI Electrical

Minimum years of Experience required for the job
5 to 8 years minimum of experience in Distillery / Sugar / Manufacturing

Reports to: Electrical – in-charge
Supervises: Helper, Trainee and casuals, in Maintenance,
Position Summary:
Accountabilities:
Routine Maintenance operations as per Preventive maintenance plan
Support for SOPs, related to Electrical maintenance.
Support to Trainings need related to Electrical operations
Support to Qualification and Validation of processes, facility and equipment on Electrical
Monitoring the Safety conditions and corrective / preventive actions
Prepare and weekly and monthly reports for management
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Execution of Scheduled Preventive maintenance as per timelines.
Critical Spare list and safety stock shall be maintained at any point of time.
Monitor and maintain records for scheduled, preventive and breakdown Mechanical maintenance.
Coordinate with cross functional team for addressing deviations
Prepare breakdowns and downtimes, to identify the root cause and to implement the CAPA to avoid the recurrence.
Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.
Other Duties may be assigned as needed
