1. Multitasking

Multitasking means performing multiple tasks simultaneously or sequentially as well as shifting focus back and forth between them. Multitasking may seem like a good idea, but studies have shown that it actually reduces productivity.

The majority of the time, when the brain begins to process a lot of information at once, the brain tends to become exhausted and thus might end up may not finish even one work. Similarly, if an employee focuses their attention on one activity at a time, productivity often increases.

2.  Set small goals

5. Encourage yourself after completing a task

6. Be vulnerable
